Karon Wright

Karon Wright, founder of Achievement Partners, Inc. is an experienced Corporate Coach, Seminar Leader and Speaker with extensive experience in business and higher education. She works with senior management to assist them in growing and developing all levels of their organizations through coaching, consulting, and training.  In all areas of her work she utilizes her extensive knowledge of the Emotional Intelligence competencies that are known to create star performers and increase business results.

Prior to founding Achievement Partners, Karon was the Managing Director of Spherion’s Westlake  Village office overseeing The Human Capital Consulting Group, having previously served as a Senior Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, the nation’s third largest outplacement firm specializing in organizational and individual change. In addition, she has designed and delivered seminars in the areas of: leadership, emotional intelligence, change management, career transition, and career management. Her extensive knowledge of psychology, counseling experience and understanding of human relationships underscores and enhances her work.  She has a life-long dedication to learning, and personal and professional growth for clients and herself.  In addition to her coaching and consulting work she heads The Greater Contribution, a non-profit organization that raises money and awareness to help women pull themselves out of poverty.

Karon is active in the business community, including:  International Coaching Federation, American Society of Training and Development, and National Human Resources Association.  She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from California State University at San Jose and a Lifetime Teaching Credential from the State of California. She has done extensive undergraduate and graduate work in psychology. She is a certified coach having trained with The Covey Institute, The Coaches Training Institute, Coach University and Corporate Coach University She is certified in the MBTI, The Birkman, The DISC, The BarOn EQi, the BarOn EQI 360 and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis.
